Lab 5: Create a Flow Orchestration to orchestrate the whole process

Overview

  1. During this lab you will build the following Record-Triggered Flow.

Step 1: Create the Orchesration Flow

  1. Login into the Salesforce Developer ORG and access the Setup menù.

  2. Search for Flows in the Quick Find text field and click Flows under Process Automation.

  3. Click the New Flow button in the top-right section.

  4. Select Record-Triggered Orchestration Flow as flow type and click Create.

Step 4: Add "Is Order pdate Approved" Decision

Step 5: Add "Update External Systems" Stage

Add "Update Order in OMS" Background Step

Add "Update Order in SAP" Background Step

Add "Update Order in NetSuite" Background Step

Step 6: Add "Notify Customer" Stage

Add "Order Update Request Customer Notification" Interactive Step

Add "Notify Order Update Request Customer Notification" Background Step
